What We Do

Whether your organization requires light oversight or full-service, hands-on support, we tailor our services to match your capacity, complexity, and mission goals.
For ministries with in-house teams managing daily entries, our Light Oversight & Reporting option offers essential support such as reconciling up to five bank or credit card accounts, generating monthly financial reports, processing payroll and tax filings, and posting journal entries—all based on documentation you provide. This service ensures accuracy and compliance while allowing your staff to remain involved in the day-to-day operations.
For organizations that need more active financial management, our Hands-On Support & Data Entry service offers a deeper level of involvement. In addition to the core financial tasks, we handle expense coding in platforms like QuickBooks Online, Aplos, or PowerChurch, match giving deposits to accounting entries, process bill payments, and provide regular communication with your key staff. We also offer optional services like entering contribution data directly into your giving platform.
We understand that some organizations need help beyond monthly tasks, which is why we also offer Additional Support on an hourly or project basis. This includes backlog cleanup, financial report catch-up, accounting system setup, policy and procedure development, guided audit support, and customized consultation.

Phillip Polk
Senior Partner
Rev. Phillip Polk holds multiple Bachelor's degrees from the University of Alaska Anchorage, Almeda University, the University of South Florida, and Pensacola Junior College. He has completed advanced tax studies in association with Villanova University and earned numerous certifications through Auburn University’s Land Grant Program and Gleim, distinguishing himself in the business community.
In addition to his academic achievements, Rev. Polk holds a Bachelor of Theology and received his ordination through Berean College. He is currently ordained with the National Association of Christian Ministers. He serves as the Lead Pastor of a church in Baker, Florida, while co-managing five businesses with his wife, Carla.
With 39 years of ministry experience, Rev. Polk has served in various roles including Youth Pastor, Minister of Music, Business Administrator, Hospital Chaplain, Senior Pastor, and Church Planter with the Assemblies of God. His extensive background in both ministry and business uniquely qualifies him to serve as President of One Mission Financial Solutions.
